Spirituality in Trauma Recovery

What does spirituality look like when we stop trying to transcend the messiness of being human? In this conversation, I explore my own path from traditional therapy and medicine into meditation, yoga, somatics, and bodywork—and how that journey reshaped my understanding of healing. We talk about learning to see symptoms, emotions, and suffering as sources of wisdom, and finding a spirituality rooted not in escaping our humanity, but in becoming more deeply present to it.

We also talk about how this journey led me to dealing with possession, mediumship, and working to develop a stronger energy barrier.
